Slack integration · incident alerts and resolution notes to your channel

Status updates. In your Slack.

Post incident notifications to a Slack channel in your workspace. Authenticates via Slack OAuth, no API tokens to manage, opt-out by removing the Fluxa app.

Add the Fluxa status app to any Slack workspace

How it works

The Fluxa Status Slack app installs into your workspace via OAuth and posts to a channel you choose. When an incident occurs:

  • New incident · a message posts with severity, affected components, and a link to the live page; the post is updated in place as the incident progresses
  • Status change · a threaded reply is added with the latest update
  • Resolution · the original post is marked resolved with an emoji indicator and a closing summary

You control which channel, which severity level triggers a post, and whether posts are pinned. Multiple channels supported (e.g. one for SEV-1 only, another for all updates).

Install

Slack app available at launch
Fluxa is pre-launch as of May 2026. The Slack app goes live alongside the first merchant onboarding. Submit your workspace below and we will provision your app when the channel opens.
We will email you the install link as soon as the Slack app is approved. The app requests only the chat:write and channels:read scopes; no access to message content.

Permissions and scopes

The Fluxa Status Slack app requests minimum scopes:

  • chat:write · posts messages to the channels you select. The app cannot read messages, only write them.
  • channels:read · lists public channels in your workspace so you can pick one in the configuration UI. The app does not read channel contents.

To remove the app at any time: in Slack, navigate to Settings · Manage Apps · Fluxa Status · Remove. Removal is immediate and irreversible (you would need to re-install to resume notifications).
