Integrations

Plays nicely with your stack.

Fluxa is in pre-launch development. Forty-two integrations across seven categories, every one with an honest status: available at launch, in development, planned, or under evaluation. We do not list an integration as available unless the integration code is built and tested. No vapour, no roadmap-as-feature, no hoping that customers do not read the small print.

Accounting.

Push every Fluxa transaction into your books automatically. Invoice matching, fee posting, settlement reconciliation, VAT-ready exports.

Xero

Available at launch

Sync invoices, payments and settlement fees automatically. Transactions appear in your Xero ledger within minutes of capture; fees post separately so you can reconcile to the penny.

QuickBooks Online

Available at launch

Two-way sync of customers, invoices, payments and credit notes. Fluxa fee postings go to a dedicated expense account so your P&L stays clean.

FreeAgent

In development

Invoice and payment sync with the contractor and freelancer accounting tool. Settlement reports import as bank-statement lines for one-click reconciliation.

Sage Business Cloud

Planned

Sage Accounting and Sage 50 sync via OAuth. Transactions, fees and settlements push into the General Ledger with configurable nominal codes.

KashFlow

Planned

UK SME accounting integration via IRIS Open API. Invoice creation on payment success, settlement reconciliation against bank feed.

Crunch

Under evaluation

Direct integration with Crunch’s accountant-managed bookkeeping. Under evaluation as a referral-partner channel rather than direct API.

E-commerce platforms.

Drop Fluxa into your existing online store. Hosted checkout, embedded SDK, or a platform-specific plugin where one exists.

Shopify

In development

Native Shopify Payments app pending Shopify approval. Hosted checkout integration works today via custom payment method. Apple Pay, Google Pay and 3DS 2 supported.

WooCommerce

In development

WordPress plugin in beta. Drop-in card field, hosted checkout fallback, refund handling from the WooCommerce orders screen. Full subscription support for WC Subscriptions.

Magento (Adobe Commerce)

Planned

Magento 2 module planned for the cohort after Shopify and WooCommerce. Multi-store support, configurable scope, admin panel integration.

BigCommerce

Planned

BigCommerce Payments app planned. Multi-currency support, abandoned cart recovery via Fluxa Payment Links, Stencil theme compatibility.

Squarespace

Under evaluation

Under evaluation. Squarespace Commerce limits third-party payment providers; we are investigating workarounds with Squarespace Extensions.

Wix Stores

Under evaluation

Under evaluation. Wix Velo allows custom payment provider scripts; build is feasible but waiting on demand signal from cohort.

CRM & business ops.

Link every payment back to the customer record. Deal-stage automation, contact updates on payment, revenue attribution.

HubSpot

In development

Two-way contact and deal sync. Payments update deal stages automatically; HubSpot workflows fire on payment success / failure events.

Salesforce

Planned

Sales Cloud integration planned for post-launch. Custom object for Fluxa payments, Lightning component for the account record page, Process Builder triggers.

Odoo

In development

Odoo payment payments partner module in development. Native sale order, invoice and accounting integration with Odoo Community and Odoo Enterprise.

Pipedrive

Planned

Deal-stage automation on payment success, custom field sync, Pipedrive Marketplace listing planned.

Notion

Under evaluation

Under evaluation as a low-code data sync via the Notion API. Useful for solo founders running a Notion-first ops stack.

Airtable

Under evaluation

Under evaluation. Airtable as a lightweight CRM is a common pattern for SMEs; we will scope an integration if cohort feedback shows demand.

UK business banking.

Settlement reconciliation against your business bank account. Statement import, name-on-account verification, settlement matching by reference.

Mettle (NatWest)

Available at launch

Direct bank-feed integration via Open Banking. Mettle account holders see Fluxa settlements matched to bank statement lines automatically, no manual reconciliation needed.

Tide

Available at launch

Statement import via CSV at launch; Open Banking direct feed planned. Tide is one of the most popular UK SME accounts and has good Fluxa cohort overlap.

Starling Bank

Available at launch

Open Banking direct feed via Starling’s public API. Settlements appear in Starling Spaces with full Fluxa reference for tax accounting.

Monzo Business

In development

Monzo Business Open Banking integration in development. Monzo Pots configurable as a tax-set-aside destination for VAT and corporation tax holdings.

Revolut Business

Planned

Revolut Business via Open Banking, including multi-currency settlement matching. Higher priority once Fluxa supports non-GBP currencies.

Wise Business

Planned

Wise multi-currency account integration planned alongside cross-border payment support. Particularly useful for UK SMEs trading internationally.

Notifications & messaging.

Get alerted in your team channel when payments land, when chargebacks arrive, when settlements settle. Reduce dashboard-watching to zero.

Slack

In development

Connect a Slack workspace, pick a channel, choose which events trigger notifications. Payment landed, chargeback raised, settlement settled, large transaction alerts.

Microsoft Teams

Planned

Teams webhook integration planned. Same event coverage as Slack; channel-targeted notifications with rich card formatting.

Discord

Planned

Discord webhook integration for SaaS teams that run their internal ops on Discord. Same event catalogue.

Webhook (any URL)

Available at launch

The base integration. Signed HMAC-SHA256 events to any endpoint you control. The Slack and Teams integrations above are built on this primitive.

Email (SMTP)

Available at launch

Configurable email digests: real-time per-event, daily summary, weekly summary. Multiple recipients, per-recipient event filters.

SMS (Twilio / Vonage)

Planned

High-priority SMS alerts via Twilio or Vonage. Chargebacks, large transactions, settlement failures. Configurable per recipient, per event severity.

Automation & no-code.

Build workflows without writing code. Connect Fluxa events to thousands of other tools via the major no-code platforms.

Zapier

Planned

Public Zapier app planned for post-launch. 12 trigger events (payment.captured, dispute.raised, settlement.settled, etc.) and 6 actions (create refund, send receipt, update contact).

Make (formerly Integromat)

Planned

Make custom app planned alongside Zapier. Make’s visual scenario builder is preferred by ops teams that need conditional branching and data transformation.

n8n

Under evaluation

Self-hosted automation. Under evaluation as a community-driven integration; n8n is increasingly popular with privacy-conscious UK SMEs.

Workato

Under evaluation

Enterprise automation platform. Under evaluation for the upper end of the cohort where Workato is already in the stack.

Tray.io

Under evaluation

Enterprise automation platform. Same evaluation track as Workato; demand-driven rather than scheduled.

Pipedream

Under evaluation

Developer-focused automation with code steps. Under evaluation as a lighter-weight alternative for teams that want Zapier-style ergonomics with code escape hatches.

Open Banking & alt rails.

Direct bank-to-bank payment via Open Banking PIS, bank account verification, and alternative payment rails beyond cards.

TrueLayer

Under evaluation

UK Open Banking PIS provider. Under evaluation as a card-alternative for high-ticket merchant verticals where the card scheme fees outweigh the Open Banking conversion drop.

Yapily

Under evaluation

UK and EU Open Banking PIS via API-only provider. Under evaluation alongside TrueLayer and Plaid for pricing and coverage parity.

Plaid

Under evaluation

US-headquartered but with growing UK Open Banking coverage. Under evaluation primarily for account verification (KYC) rather than payment initiation.

GoCardless

Planned

BACS Direct Debit integration planned. Lower-cost recurring-payment rail for UK subscription businesses where customers prefer Direct Debit over card-on-file.

Tink

Under evaluation

Visa-owned Open Banking platform. Under evaluation for European coverage when Fluxa expands beyond UK-only.

Bud

Under evaluation

UK Open Banking data and intelligence platform. Under evaluation for KYC enrichment rather than payment initiation.

Need an integration that is not here? Tell us.

We prioritise integrations by cohort demand, not by which logo looks best on a roadmap slide. If a tool is critical to your stack and you do not see it on this page, send the name and a one-line description of how you would use it. We will tell you honestly whether it fits the roadmap, when, and at what status.

Thanks, we’ll reply within one working day.
